Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Opened or used perfumes, oils, or attars.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refund Policy
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:
- Process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damage or defect.
- Your order number.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
